Operational support is delivered 7 x 24, through Q9 Control Centre staff who continuously monitor all critical data centre systems. They are assisted in each data centre by 7 x 24 onsite teams of data centre technicians and security personnel. Together, these groups monitor data centre operations, customer environments and respond to support requests. Response is rapid and professional from the moment support is requested by phone or through a service ticket.

Q9's ticketing system is accessible to customers through the secure Q9 Control Panel web site where customers can also access a comprehensive array of support tools, including real-time and historical power and bandwidth utilization reports.
